One nic is on a "public" network segment and the other is on a "private" segment. The other server is only on the "public" network segement because it only has 1 nic card. I think the server communication on the dual nic machine is going out on the "private" network segment. Are there settings to force the server communication on port 1516 to bind to a specific ip address/nic card. thanks again.
